We are an empowerment non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young women and men of color in the beauty & health industry to start or rebrand their businesses. We do this by providing mentorship, training, and resources to help them succeed. Our goal is to create a community of powerful and successful men and women of color who can inspire and support each other. We believe that every person of color has the potential to achieve greatness, and we are here to help them realize that potential.
Meet The Founder
The Inspiring Ladies Bosses (ILB) story begins with Kristy Pridgen, a wife, mother, cosmetologist, officiant and event planner.
Mrs. Pridgen, a multiple business owner, firmly believes that men and women of color can become successful business owners with a strong foundation.
She emphasizes the importance of surrounding oneself with positive and inspiring individuals to regularly network with.
